Western UP demographics have shifted decisively and so will the political landscape around it. So about time we come up with a solution which is not only feasible but can be used in other places with time.

Do you know the demographics of other places, such as of Hyderabad (latest case mentioned), try googling? Hindus make up roughly 65% of Hyderabad no? And Muslim round about 30%. I'll obviously keep them way below Western UP in threat perception.
