The only team which could compete across all surfaces and anywhere. WI and SA didn't have spinners and would struggle on spin friendly surfaces. Aus had Warne but he struggled in India big time.

They were never a top Test team at any time in Test history and so difficult for them to be as one of the Top 10 of all time. They were always behind Aus, WI and SA even at their peak and when you look at team historically they'll be behind comfortably.
