yes. That is what they should do. Apart from Shafali and  Richa ghosh others are not that powerful to my knowledge. Otehrs should play normal cricket. Even Harman needs a bit of timing going.

India lost 2 wickets in 1st over against England recently.  Mandhana and Shafali. We still got 188. But there is something called nerves in a world cup. That can mess us up
