Beetle, please ..you consider yourself feminist right... so atleast be nice and respectful enough to girl and her family.. she was their single child... they could have easily adopted a boy had they wanted but no.. after 8 years of marriage, when they got the first girl they were happy with her and wanted to give all their attention to her... DON'T fall for the trap... read the whole story...its intereting.. What does this mean?Do you think they have done someone a favor by having a daughter instead of adopting a son? Just google honor killing in India and you will realize how common this is. I am not a feminist ...just wish for a fairer place for everyone irrespective of gender.

no but did you even read my entire post and the post below.. Aarushis family was fabricated, insulted, jailed, destroyed... why? because they had a daughter and was killed by fkcing pervert servants.. but just because she was a girl, all this hooopla of honor killing and supposdly 'bad character' of Aarushi came out.. had it been a boy been murdered, noone would have blamed the family for honor killing or checked boys or his family character .. wah re India...first you have to protect your girl child from perverts in India and godwilling she gets raped or murdered, family gets blamed for honor killing and murder.. .. no wonder why noone wants a girl child Time to support Aarushi family and get them justice for the incompetency of UP police and 2nd CBI investigation team... Can't even imagine what they have gone through in last 4 years

This is just a one sided articles written in favor of the Talwars. There are enough that have been written against them.Just because the police has been a bunch of baboons does not make anyone innocent or guilty. And honor killings are not just against the females...in a lot of these cases it is the men who are targetted. You are calling the servants guilty. Why ? Because they are poor and don't have the resources to defend themselves? Just like the world is not a fair place for women...the same can be said about the poor. The servants have got a clean chit...it is the parents who have not.

no you are wrong.. servents are not given free chit.. not only they failed the lie-detector and narcoanalysis test, they even confessed to the murder.. even their intentions.... http://www.rediff.com/news/aarushi08.html these convicted servants are now on bail http://www.rediff.com/news/2008/sep/12aarushi1.htm stupidity of 1st CBI investigation team after founding the real murderers(servants) was that they failed to file the chargesheet in mandatory 90 day period.. thats why the new team of CBI(2nd Investigation team) came out and new investigation.. and people who you are calling poor were perverts of 3rd degree who tried to rape a 14 year old girl and eventually killed her

The narco test of Krishna was shown on TV. The woman who was asking the questions was leading him and setting him up to give the "right" answers and it was widely criticized in the media. The main door was locked from outside with the maid opening the door in the morning. The room was retouched. Her private parts were cleaned. Her uncle tried to manipulate the autopsy report. Her vaginal swabs were mixed up.(And they have leverage in the medical community ,both being docs) The golf clubs were missing and later kept back after cleaning. They tried to mislead the police by sending them after Hemraj. They hesitated in opening the door to the terrace where hemraj's body was kept and hidden from view by a mattress inspite of blood marks leading to the door. They were the only living people in the locked house with the other two dead. The doc is known to have a short temper. They apparently slept through while two people were brutally murdered .One body cleaned and the other dragged to the terrace.

Servants admitted to killing Aarushi, Hemraj: CBI inspector

In what could be potentially damaging to the CBI’s case, an inspector of the agency told a Ghaziabad trial court that the three servants had admitted to the double murder. These servants were previously suspected of the crime and were not cooperating with the investigation. The 2008 Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case is being heard by a special CBI court in Ghaziabad. The admission was made by CBI inspector MS Fartiyal, a witness of the prosecution, during cross-examination on Wednesday (20 March). Fartiyal was part of the first CBI team headed by Arun Kumar that investigated the case for the first 15 months. The investigation was subsequently handed over to a second CBI team headed by Neelabh Kishore in September 2009. Speaking to Firspost, Tanveer Ahmed, counsel for the dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, who have been charged with the double murder, said, “CBI inspector MS Fartiyal was assisting the investigating officer Vijay Kumar. The question put to him was whether during the investigation, he gained knowledge that the Nepali servants Rajkumar, Vijay Mandal and Krishna Thadarai had admitted to the CBI to committing the double murder of Aarushi and Hemraj. The witness replied in the affirmative that they had admitted to us (CBI) they had committed the double murder.” Asked if this was a significant development, the counsel said, “You may call it a significant development. This was already part of the investigation. The fact of the matter is they (servants) were arrested and had admitted to the crime.” After the first CBI team took over the case, Krishna Thadarai (Rajesh Talwar’s compounder), Vijay Mandal (domestic help of one of the neighbours) and Raj Kumar (domestic help of the Durranis, family friends of the Talwars who lived in the neighbourhood) had been arrested and were named accused in the double murder case. But they were subsequently released on bail by the CBI for ‘lack of evidence’. Reacting to Fartiyal’s statement in court, CBI counsel RK Saini said, “This is not a significant development. When the police officer has to submit application for extension of police remand, they have to make out grounds that the suspects are involved in the case and are not cooperating and therefore we want their police custody. The defence counsel’s question to the witness was whether he (Fartiyal) was aware that they (the three servants) were involved in the crime as per his application (before the court for extension of remand). And he (Fartiyal) replied that his application was that though they (servants) were involved they were not cooperating and therefore the CBI wanted their police remand. “Secondly, suppose there is an investigation and someone is suspected as accused. But at a later stage, the persons are found to be innocent. The net result is that nothing was found against them (servants) and they were discharged.” Asked what the role of Fartiyal was in the investigation, the CBI counsel said, he was assisting the main investigating officer and was responsible for seizing all the relevant documents from the Noida Police when the case was transferred to the CBI. Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are on trial for the murder of their daughter teenage daughter Aarushi Talwar and the domestic help Hemraj. In 2008, on the intervening night of 15–16 May, Aarushi Talwar and 45-year-old Nepali domestic help Hemraj were brutally murdered at the couple’s apartment in Noida.

Rahulrulez, don't be surprised in a year time if you get to hear that servants were forced to admit that they commited a crime which they never did. I am not saying parents must have put gun on their head but, it can happen with INdian police trying to close the case by putting innocent(perhaps) servants families life on line.

P.S...Why so sentimental about this case?

Now extended till 3 PM. Here is a summary of the evidence in the case: http://news.oneindia.in/feature/aarushi-case-a-recap-of-crucial-evidences-1347284.html
My guess is it will end in acquittal of both. All testimonies have contradictions and difficult to establish they killed their daughter and servant beyond reasonable doubt. In fact CBI has forcefully been asked to fight the case. They had filed their closure report in 2010 itself in want of evidences, still they were ordered by court to carry on with the case.

Yup. I also expect the same. There is just not enough evidence. However, this case should be made a part of police studies under the heading "how not to handle a crime scene".

Yup.. held guilty. Seems harsh. Without even establishing that what weapon was used for killing' date=' they have convicted both of them. Doesn't seem right.[/quote'] Very strange case.I heard in Tv debate that their defense lawyer was saying that this very easy case for her but there lawyers lost the case.Kiran bedia was just saying that first thing should be motive and second murder weapon. without it there can't be conviction
