It would be nice if the BCCI encourages coaches / selectors to pick atleast one pacer with extra pace and bounce and one spinner who gets big side spin, in the playing 11 of every A-team, State team and Zonal team.

Not a huge turner. But those pitches don't support any turn.  No one else has turned anything. His gogglies turn just as much. 

 

His action is classical. Can't read his gogglies from the hand.  More critically, he has cricket sense around him, bowling with intelligence and control.  Has the results to match.  Top wicket taker in the league with economy half of others.  I only have Zeeshan, Chahal and Bishnoi to compare. He beats them all.
