frankly dont care for this nautanki. Please sit peacefully at Jantar Mantar and keep protesting but if u take to streets in a bid overrun parliament then be ready to face the music at the hand of security forces.

If that's illegal, then can you share how many criminals have been arrested for this crime?

Long speech.

Can you share democratic process to get an incompetent minister removed from ministry?

You can do that via election as it doesn't decide ministries.

You vote for someone to become MP and not minister.

If someone is RS member, then it's not even that direct.

Of course, Yes. Minister can be in office at the pleasure of the Prime Minister. He can be removed instantly without notice. A mere phone call can work. There is no need for any election or procedure.

The constitution provides complete freedom to the Prime Minister or Chief Minister to change Ministers and portfolios at his will. Similarly, Governors can be removed immediately without notice.

Modi and Amit Shah should have set aside their ego and removed the incompetent Education Minister long ago. Now, they should remove him without any leniency. Why give anti-India elements the opportunity to hijack student protests?

today's SM world, it's all about narrative building. The govt is lacking in that.

What's is the democratic way of getting a minister removed if people are not happy with performance of an MP as minister?

What can people do?

It's a very simple question which doesn't require tangential answers.

Share list of steps you would recommend to any citizen.

Hundreds of rioters have already been arrested.

Aren’t drones banned in Central Delhi near the Parliament and PM Office/Residence?

It is a RED zone - it is a serious security lapse. Even commercial flights have to go through designated route line avoiding the overflight.

Need serious investigation.

Source?

I don't see anyone getting arrested and charged for any crime.

Whatever the process may be, it certainly should not lead to chaos and riots—the kind of riots that the 'cockroaches' are currently inciting.

I think you got confused by getting detained with getting arrested for a crime and getting charged for the same.

You can be detained without any charges as well.

Then how do you claim that court and election are only 2 valid options when you don't know?

It's still a simple question. Try figuring out.

Finger print bureau and FSL units of delhi police have taken the finger print of all those involved in vandalising the police vehicle and also at jantar mantar protest yesterday.

Yes, that is correct.

All I wanted to say was that regardless of the procedure they follow (XYZ...), you cannot do so by compromising law and order or damaging public property.

This is a CIA-backed, pre-planned anarchy and riots. Wait how farmers, doctors, Khalistanis, etc. have hijacked it. They're( CIA) just using students here, but the BJP government is also adding fuel to the fire. This foolish Education Minister is useless and should have been fired long ago. .

They want to removed this government much like Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal.

Agree. Everyone knew this from the start.

They could have nipped it in the bud. If not sacking Pradhan, then atleast assure of doing it in reshuffle. A tweet or video of Modiji acknowledging students pain would have gone a long way.

If the cockroaches still protested, it would have exposed them only

It's not correct as you can remove anyone from ministry just via elections. You don't decide ministries

What step would you recommend to any citizen if they want any minister to be removed?

I see long sermons, theories, but no answer to such simple question.

Because there is no easy answer to this, and you know it. Citizens have no power other than to  peaceful protest.

And what's the next step if you protest and govt keeps ignoring?

How is it democratic that citizen has no power?

Be patient and don't behave like a thug and start spreading the chaos. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Protests are a right, demanding resignation was valid, if demands weren’t met, continuous support gathering, creating talking points all is valid. The minute you “run” to parliament, gherao cops in a 1 to 10, spit, shout, throw up fingers - that peace is gone. Now don't play victim mentality . Enough

@Trichromatic can you list the what was the demand of this protest ? Think twice before telling me, because it is never about education; rather, it is about reviving a failed political career.
