Rajiv Posted July 23, 2008 Posted July 23, 2008 I think the old songs became what they are due to that tune and voice, it would be hard to imagine a new singer with that same tune Some of the remixes are OK but really dont do justice to old songs Also, people were able to gulp the lyrics in the past For eg, "chaku chhuriya tej karalo" by Jaya Bhardhuri would be considered cheap in moves today or wouldnt make sense But interesting topic
