Pre test series i saw over 10 threads on how mendis will be torn apart by Indian batsman. Guess what not only is Medis MOS but also took record wicket. Dont know about others but i am so disappointed with how sachin reacted to so many review appeals yet all i read is god this god that. Even someone created a thread saying God voluntarily is giving up on ODIs :hysterical: (when fact is he is injured and Badri is replacing God) Yep, there were so many "Mendis will be PWNED by our RD, SRT, SG, VVS" threads before the series...guess who got PWNED? (Actually *even after Test-1*, they said "Mendis will be pwned" in Test-2 since now the middle order has "gotten match practice" After Test-2, some shut up, the rest said "Mendis will be "tackled" in Test-3, since now the MO cannot be made to remain quiet for so many innings. Mendis got RD 4 out of 6 times, and Mendis got VVS 5 out of 6 times)

We all didn't know this but Abhinav thanked SRT yesterday for his sacrifice.

It looks like we are just waiting for our team to fail so that we can pull out these negative pessimism filled threads. I would imagine people come to this site to enjoy and share happiness when we win and look for insightful debates when we lose - not useless bull **** like this.

Today he is as normal as normal can get. I hope the new selection committee does not do worshipping at the altar of SRT and treats him as normal as normal can get.

If only YS puts in that kind of commitment by reducing his hobnobbing, then he will be a super player not only in ODIs, but also in Tests, and can get rid of that Yuseless tag. However, will he? We'll see - this series is critical for YS.

Deny the privilege of reward for hard work only for a few individuals. Theywill get one game in a high pressure situation, where the player will fail, and then chuck the player out forever. But for "T20" stars, award them everything.

Dhoni probably felt ... just stick with Kohli for this game, as Badri hasnt had any time in the middle this series. How about we try one more guess? Maybe Dhoni just wants yo give the crowd some entertainment. He probably knows Kohli will do a nice dance routine to the music of M&M.
