during perth test early this year, symonds got out to Kumble and became his 600th victim. the catch was taken by Dravid.. and the scorecard read as caught Dravid bowled Kumble.. this has happend a lot of times and kumble would have just wished that the catch should be taken by Dravid.. and thats how it was.. Dravid took the catch.. now today old Tendulkar celebrated his moment along with Ganguly on the other end.. somethings are just bound to happen because they have to.. such great occasions happen in the most perfect manner. glad i am that ganguly was on the other end.. his old mate... who has been his opening partner in the other form of the game in the past and together they have scored plenty for INdia

Dada and Sachin are like made for each other. They have seen India through some difficult times in ODIs and they would be quite happy to see there is a worthy ODI next generation to take over from them. But tests? Alas! the next team is still not ready to take over from the masters. But yes, it is indeed great to see Sachin in old familiar and comfortable company when he got there finally.
