Prudent
India’s badminton sensation Saina Nehwal won the World Junior Badminton Championships in Pune today. Egged on by the home crowd, top seed Saina Nehwal got better of with ninth seed Sayaka Sato of Japan to lift the title. Continuing her rich vein of form, Nehwal had become the first Indian to reach the World juniors final twice after she had quelled the challenge of third seed Shixian Wang in the semi-finals.
