You missed one - smog & pollution in "third world countries". This was their excuse when they lost a one-off test match at Kotla in 1996.

We tactically slowed the over rate in 4th test. Aussies had slow over rate cos Ponting is a jack ass and stupid. Cos he is so stupid it takes him ages to set the field as his brain works a lot slower then others.
