The same journalists who write all these cr@polla are yet to ask a Daya Naik about what Mumbai Police needs to deal with menace like Qasab. The same journalist refuse to ask Pradeep Sharma what he needs to make sure Mohammed Shaikh, the dock king who made sure the explosives were landed, is put behind the bar for good. But of course they have no qualms in writing everything from Surf the terrorists used and what he is wearing, which apparently is not much, day in and day out.

Happens. one kills and then slowly one realizes that its not a great thing. One sees the faces in dreams, they start haunting one. Then one remembers how great love was. The love one got from parents, siblings, friends, girl friends, wife. Its usually too late. One have already done the irreversible. One has already served evil. One has already taken innocent lives. The only positive that can come out of this realization is total cooperation with the investigations.
He is the same mofof who shot a kid and when he wud not stop crying he shot him again....... I refuse to buy that samples like this who were hardened in islamic jurispurdnece in those LEt camps have heart.. he has bene schooled in school where cutting hand and feet on opposite side is taught as some kind of justice..

it is terribly easy to brainwash someone at that young and impressionable an age. most of his actions are the result of this indoctrination and the toxic pharmaceuticals he had in his system. regrettably for him, he has committed a crime, is an adult, and his decision to join the LeT was also made when he was legally an adult. i am sorry kasav, but you will have to serve time. though i would not sentence him to death, and i would permit visitations by his parents... our humanity and sensibility is what sets us apart from the aggressors. resorting to their behavior in retaliation is just unnecessary.

Agreed, yet considered "pusillanimous" by many.

Do NOT allow him to communicate with family or anyone..... ie. if this news is real...
you know what, i think we should let him 'talk'. If he is willing to say that he was brainwashed (or 'misled') by the LeT, we should definitely let him talk/write to his parents and youths of the area. I am not sure how much it will do to convince others not join such groups (probably won't, but still...). Let him say to others how LeT brainwashed him with the jihad crap. Even if 1 or 2 people change, it's better than nothing.... should we let him go, though? ABSOLUTELY NOT! He committed a crime, and should be punished. But if he is willing to aid, we can let him talk and let him convince others to not join......

The reason I said that was not to torture him, but because it would be a security breach. He may as well reveal something. I have seen way too much 24 to discount that :D

Agreed' date=' yet considered "pusillanimous" by many.[/quote'] i am not sure why you put that in quotes... but yeah, that is the age old conundrum. the party that is first to demonstrate reason and restrain is often labeled incompetent for its less than macho response. but i think referencing the example of the united states in iraq... i doubt anyone sensible will consider the demonstration of restrain and endurance as insensible.

Why spend the states time and effort on this piece of ****? I would rather the state spend this time and resources on the victims. This piece of **** deserves to be squeezed and then put through fast track trial where he can tell the judges his sob story of why he shot down the people he did. After that just hang the bastard and send his body for scientific research. This monster does not deserve the dignity that he denied his victims.
