Desi Cartman Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 NAGPUR: A teenaged girl thrashed her 35-year-old boyfriend inside the court for disowning her after forcing her to abort the foetus. The girl chased the boy in filmy style, dragged and beat him using choicest expletives. The cops on the spot rescued the boy and took him to the main gate of the court from where he fled in his car. Meena (name changed) was a class Xth student of a city convent school. After two year of persuasion, Rajesh managed to win over Meena and they decided to marry. The girl’s family ruled out any such alliance as firstly she was a minor and secondly, the boy was from different caste and was also 16 years older. Even the boy’s family was against their union. But Meena fled with Rajesh on March 26, 2006 to Chandrapur when her SSC exams were underway. They reportedly tied the knot at a local temple and started living at a rented room. Soon, tiffs and arguments became regular between Meena and Rajesh. Rajesh who was working as lab incharge in a company, found it difficult to make ends meet. In the meanwhile, Meena got pregnant, but Rajesh and her in-laws mercilessly thrashed her and forced her to abort the child. Rajesh then allegedly told her to leave him as he was “no more interested in herâ€, but Meena vehemently opposed. After nine months of their marriage, Rajesh fled and went into hibernation for three months leaving her to fend for herself. A dejected Meena returned to her parents’ home and as expected, earned their wrath. Meena’s father had lodged a police complaint against Rajesh for kidnapping his daughter, but for some reason no action could be taken against Rajesh (Meena alleged that Rajesh used his political clout to suppress police action against him). :woot:
Guest Hiten. Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 I don't know how can a bloody teen fall for a man twice her age. Why the fk is he being referred as a "boy" anyways?
Ram Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Sometimes, with these 'love' stories, I am amazed at how dumb people can get.
DomainK Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Guess the girl got what she deserved. The guy should be in jail no doubt.....if law takes its course, he will find some very bad sections pressed. BTW I could never understand girls' fascination with marriage. Why some of them are so desperate for marriage from a very young age? If you are horny, find a a bf and sleep with him.....why marriage?
The Outsider Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 ^ Girl got what she deserved? Sure if you think impressionable teenage girls in small towns of India are capable of making such decisions.
DomainK Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Shwetabh, the girl had enough opportunities of getting advice on this. Her parents, the boy's parents.... I am sure everyone advised her against it. She runs away with a 35 years old in spite of that. I understand that teen age is delicate phase of life, but stupidity has its limits. After a certain age, your mistakes affect your life and some others' as well. It does not take a lot of years to understand that getting married in the teens is not a great idea. The DPS girl who allowed her BF to record a blowjob is another example of that. Girls always have a sixth sense that protects them from such things. These are mistakes that you pay for. That marriage had absolutely no other ending. That marriage was disaster written all over it. Thats what she got- disaster.
sandtest Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 These days, there are many teenage girls affected by Bollywood's sachha pyaar stories, who will do anything for the guy if he wins her trust once. Also, she was in SSC at the time of their alleged union, she must be around 15 years age, so the biggest stupidity she did was going for a baby at such fragile age. Surely, at 15 years age with a "deep" love she must be aware about availability of rubber in medical stores.
fineleg Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 can the guy not be charged (criminal offense in india?) for marrying a girl who is below legal marriage age limit in India?
sandtest Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 can the guy not be charged (criminal offense in india?) for marrying a girl who is below legal marriage age limit in India? Yes! he can be charged, provided if they can prove their marriage in court. A lengthy process. Moreover, I doubt given our social fabric any other decent guy will be interested in marrying her. So it's better for the girl that her parents, negotiate with the same guy and make them officially married to live together.
DomainK Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 can the guy not be charged (criminal offense in india?) for marrying a girl who is below legal marriage age limit in India? Yes. It is criminal. Having sex with a minor is a crime in India. Marriage is an even bigger crime. That guy will be behind bars for several years for this. Yes! he can be charged, provided if they can prove their marriage in court. A lengthy process. Moreover, I doubt given our social fabric any other decent guy will be interested in marrying her. So it's better for the girl that her parents, negotiate with the same guy and make them officially married to live together. My advice for the girl would be to dump the guy and start life afresh. Its too early for her to get tangled in this. She made a mistake and paid for it. But that does not mean that she has to be tied with that guy 20 years older to her all life. So what if she comes from a small town? Get over it. Get some education, find a job in a city, live your life. I am quite sure she will find someone more suitable for her.....but even if she does not, an independent life would be a much better alternative.
flamy Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Raging teen juices :(( See, when ur a teen and especially a gal, the clique gets to you. Too much peer pressure and if u dont have a bf, there's something wrong with you. It all depends on the person. Does she have a strong enough mind or not..
Guest dada_rocks Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 HE should be charged for fooling a minor.. simple as that.. but gals what the #$%^ is wrong with you .. can;t we see men are mostly after sex if their were no social pressure whole institution of marriage wud collapse so bear in mind when you take that ekla-chalo-re course under love influence you are basically putting yourself under the cloud of naturally polygamous llibido-driven male species.. good luck

Peer pressure, I think she would have been the butt of many jokes cos she was hanging out with a 35 year old 'boy'. That guy should be taken over the coals.
