Anakin
^ and what about Haddin disturbing the bails and claiming a bowled for Clarke? These cheaters will never change Did that really happen? Can't they have one player who's not a cheat? Link to comment

cochise
Haddin appeals for bowled having his gloves in front of the stumps - Video added And in the same match, Broom got Bucknor-Haddined: http://content-aus.cricinfo.com/ausvnz2008/content/current/story/388616.html In the 36th over Neil Broom was "bowled" on 29 by Clarke after sharing a positive stand of 42 with Taylor. Not only did Brad Haddin's gloves come in front of the stumps, but he knocked off the bails and the ball did not seem to hit the wickets. The charm is spreading. Link to comment

f.b.m
But...... but......... ...... Its all a part of the drama, the theatre of the sport. Its a human game with human players, human emotions, human umpires making their human decisions.. Oh yea, and human cheats. Link to comment
Lord
he clearly was cheating.wen he knocked the bails,he had an expression that he knew he did it,but then started celbrating Link to comment
suraj
he clearly was cheating.wen he knocked the bails' date='he had an expression that he knew he did it,but then started celbrating[/quote'] so how come Rashid Latif was banned for claiming a false catch and haven't heard anything about Haddin being punished yet. I know the match just got over but they better punish the cheat to discourage such further acts Link to comment
Bumblebee
well just saw the video! well typical aussie i hafta say! Link to comment

Rajan
Haddin should be banned for 5 matches. Blatant cheating. he also has to publicly apologise. but expecting an australian cricketer who cheats and gets away with it to apologise would be a bit too much, going by Michael clarke's 100% cheating against the same opponents in 2007 when he picked a one bounce catch in a one dayer.the match referee will not do anything. this is another case of australians getting through with murder but later some stupid ICC Official will say indian/asian players have more violations and disciplinary issues. kablooee87
Props to Ian Chappel. While Mark Nicholas and Ian Healy were were "debating" whether or not the ball hit the stumps Chappel said right off the bat, "it's doesn't matter, the gloves are in front of the stump, it's not out." cowboysfan
^^it should have been a no-ball but almost impossible to enforce really. Link to comment
Kohum
It should have been spotted by the square leg ump. One more cheat, in the team full of cheaters. Link to comment
Sachinism
WOw what cheaters You can't blame bucknor, but I wouldn't put it past him Link to comment
Anakin
Now Haddin is on the fast track to becoming the next captain after Clark Link to comment
graphic23
Unfortunate incident. The worst part was it seemed as if Haddin had realized that he had committed an error but didn't stop himself from celebrating. Link to comment
Predator_05
Surely he must have KNOWN that his hands were in front of the stumps ? That's wicket-keeping 101 - one of the first things you are taught to do when you start 'keeping. It's hard to imagine a 'keeper making such a basic mistake. Link to comment
h4te
wtf? are you kidding me? i just watched the video...there were barely two sentences about this on cricinfo. Link to comment
