msb1991
Was really a super spell as Taylor slowly makes the transition from untapped talent to geniune Test star. Anyone who watched the spell would know the buzz the spell drew from the crowd, quite extraordinary. The pitch was, by no means, a minefield (maybe looked like a Day 4 or 5 pitch but nothing too bad) and it was quality bowling by Taylor that got the wickets - he swung the ball to Pietersen, cut the ball to Prior and bowled a very good line. On a mildly related note, watch out for him in the IPL - in the Stanford T20 series, I saw him clock 150kph and bowl consistently at 145kph. Link to comment
