As weird as it may sound these things do matter.. So india doesn;t want to be left undone and awarding Bush for the continusous supprt for 8 years and not to mention nuclear deal.. As the poll suggested Bush so far is the beat american president as far as India is concerned so why not.. Moreover Bharat ratna is no untainted award anymore we have given it to butcher who slept over the massacre right under his nose..
