ludhianvi Posted February 14, 2009 Posted February 14, 2009 whoa so u directly take supplements eh? I was never a big fan of supplements' date=' is it good ludh bhai?[/quote'] I think if one can get those through actual foods, then obviously its a better option. However, If one doesnt, then its not a bad idea. Omega 3 and these other fatty acids are supposed to be really good from whatever I have read. Some may argue that these supplements dont really work but my doctor recommended it. These days, I think I've seen Omega 3 being advertised in eggs, different types of breads, etc. http://www.jamiesonvitamins.com/en/products/supplements_list.aspx?GroupID=51 Perhaps, a more qualified person like a doctor can clarify these points.
flamy Posted February 14, 2009 Author Posted February 14, 2009 ya Omega-3 is the reason I got Walnuts. They are also there in fish, but I get tummy ache when I do fish, plus I have no idea how to cook it. Salmon is an option I might try in the near future. Also egg yolk has it.
