US names Pak man for blasts on Samjhauta NEW DELHI: In what should scotch all doubts about who was responsible for the Samjhauta Express blasts of February 2007 that killed about 70 people, US has approached the UN to get a certain Asif Kasmani declared an international terrorist. The reasons cited by US to get Kasmani, a Pakistani national, declared an international terrorist are his involvement in the Samjhauta Express blasts. Kasmani is considered to be the link between Laskar-e-Toiba and Al Qaida. Though India had blamed the Samjhauta Express blasts on elements from Pakistan, the latter has strenuously denied any connection to the incident. Much later, a goof-up by the prosecution in the Malegaon blast case raised some doubts about the involvement of Abhinav Bharat plotter Lt Col Srikant Purohit, bringing an Hindutva terror element into play. This had given Pakistan a handle, claiming that terror events are routinely blamed on it while the "Hindu" angle was ignored. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/India/US-names-Pak-man-for-blasts-on-Samjhauta/rssarticleshow/4126714.cms
Now who is going to be held accountable for the goof up of the police in blaming Purohit for the Samjhauta blasts and giving a handle to Pakistan to bash Hindus and India with? Clearly points to a political link in blaming the Samjhauta blasts on Hindu organizations.

They ain't gonna buy this, its from Times of India Its not a reputable source for Paks
Nothing is good enough for the Pakis until uncle Sam squeezes their nuts! Thats the only language they understand. :giggle:

So its that's the reason why they have stopped asking for Samjhauta express dossier? they were asking for the names who were behind samjhauta express massacre whenever India had asked pakistan to cooperate. all of a sudden they have stopped asking.

It is alarming, although not amazing, as to how polarized India has become these days. I take it you are a part of the bhagwa loony brigade since a mere mention in a newspaper that is not respected by any sensible Indian was enough to start casting aspertions on the Police! So what was your stance when the Cops, and ATS, had nailed Purohit and others regarding this? Were you a cynical from the start?? Or did you have a total knowledge of who dunnit? Or are Hindus "above" these activities? The sane thinking should support a usual course of law. However it is strange to see Indians these days having an orgasm over a statement from United States(which they can make a U turn anytime they wanted to) and cast aspertions over their very own society from politicians, cops, media etc etc. We do belong to a country filled with shameless ungrateful partisan citizens. No wonder British ruled over us for centuries with 10,000 troops xxx

It seems you are unaware of the facts: In November the Maharashtra ATS prosecutor seeking police remand for Purohit made a startling claim in the court that Purohit had supplied RDX for Samjhauta blasts. It was also surprising for another reason - the forensic evidence showed zero trace of RDX in Samjhauta blasts. The very next day Hemant Karkare contradicted his own prosecutor and said that there was no proof of any involvement. But this was more than enough for secularists (people like you) and the pakistanis to drum up the involvement of Hindus and the Indian army in the Samjhauta blasts. Infact many of them claimed that ALL the blasts were done by Hindus and/or the army/RAW etc, essentially an entire industry of conspiracy theory was created by that one remark of the prosecutor in the court. After the 26/11 attacks again this Samjhauta blasts theory has surfaced in pakistani media. This has led to the Maharashtra police issuing a formal denial around two weeks ago that no investigation in the Samjhauta case linking to Purohit is going on. Now my question is who put pressure on the police to make such a statement in the court without thinking of the consequences? After all Purohit is an armyman and to suggest that he killed pakistanis on Indian soil in the samjhauta express blasts without any evidence is bound to lead to insinuations and repercussions. If this was a goof up then why was someone not held accountable for it?

This is rich! Werent you the one who was tomtoming the denial of US visa to Modi as the ultimate disqualification for holding public office? What about the collective orgasm that secularists of all shapes and stripes had when Narendra Modi was denied the visa? No "bhagwa brigadier" approached the US to bail out Purohit and implicate a pakistani in the samjhauta blasts. On the other hand hectic lobbying was done by the pseudos to deny visa to Modi - essentially undermining the Indian judicial system itself.

If you want to indulge me in a discussion poke holes in my discussion in that thread, else take your sorry ass some place else. Fair enough?

So whats your angle here? That Hemant Karkare was a tool in the hands of Congress, or Pakistanis? Or both?? Ever heard the term - benefit of doubt? This man was widely respected for his fairness(check out any number of articles on him). If you are soooo sold by Purohit and so anti Karkare(which you clearly seem to be) then in the very least you should give them both benefit of doubt and let the law of the land take precedence. Why is that so hard to understand?

Yeah and Pakistanis are also jumping over each other showing how Modi admitted to "Indian angle" in Mumbai attack. Why are you so insecure about Indians and Hindus?? If there is an Indian angle to Samjhauta Express then let it be dealt with. Should we hide "hindus" simply because that gives Pakistan ammunition? What kind of weird logic is that? I have lot more faith in ATS than I do in bhagwa supporters like you and hence I am more than happy to wait and watch how this unfolds.

Hahaha. You need to follow my posts more. My reason for bringing Modi's visa denial is rather simple. Those who support Modi are also a blind-as-a-bat lovers of United States and its policies. Whatever US does has to be followed to a T. Well guess what USA kicked out Modi. End of the story for US-Modi lovers. Hope that helps now.

Why should Secularists fight your loony battle? Go ask Muthalik to do it.

lol. Paranoia thy name is Right brigade. By the way it doesnt help that you rake in Indian judicial system. Bhagwa loonies and Indian judiciary?? What opium are you smoking? The grand total of your existence, read Babri Masjid, was done against Indian Judiciary. Get that through your Paanchjanya educated mind. xxx

Did I ever say anything against Hemant Karkare? I clearly said that the prosecutor made that slip, and I was simply stating the facts that even the Maharashtra police has subsequently denied Purohit's involvement. What my question is whether anyone is going to be held accountable for this mistake or not?
Yeah and Pakistanis are also jumping over each other showing how Modi admitted to "Indian angle" in Mumbai attack.
What do you mean admitted? Fahim Ansari, an Indian Muslim has been involved in the attacks, he prepared maps for prominent Mumbai locations including Taj Hotel and the information was provided by him to the LeT. The saddest fact is that he was arrested in UP on Feb 8 2008 and had confessed to a plot of attacking Mumbai in March 2008 itself, which the UP police relayed to the Maharashtra police and requested them to interrogate him. This was ignored by the Maharashtra police. Again, who is accountable for this massive blunder? Instead of attacking Modi for his frankness, it would be better if the pseudos tell us why innumerable warnings about 26/11 including Ansari's statement were ignored.

If there was any proof of involvement of Purohit in Samjhauta blasts then it would not have mattered. But after raking up this issue in court, the very next day the ATS chief denies the involvement of Purohit. Now in February they have issued a formal denial about Purohit's involvement in Samjhauta blasts. So if there was no proof to begin with, what was the reason to make such a charge? You also seem to forget that more importantly Purohit is a serving officer of the Indian Army. Should the police shield Hindus - No. Should the police tread carefully before insinuating Army officer involvement in sensitive issues like Samjhauta blasts - ABSOLUTELY!!
Hahaha. You need to follow my posts more. My reason for bringing Modi's visa denial is rather simple. Those who support Modi are also a blind-as-a-bat lovers of United States and its policies. Whatever US does has to be followed to a T.
I really doubt the tens of millions of voters in Gujarat who voted Modi back to power twice have any such blind affection for the US. The misguided campaign against him in the US was in effect a campaign against the popular choice of Gujarati people. So much for respect of democracy by the pseudos.
By the way it doesnt help that you rake in Indian judicial system. Bhagwa loonies and Indian judiciary?? What opium are you smoking? The grand total of your existence, read Babri Masjid, was done against Indian Judiciary. Get that through your Paanchjanya educated mind.
Aha, the judiciary was most undermined by the doyen of secular congressis - Indira Gandhi, remember the emergency? Later her son Rajiv threw out the Shah Bano judgment. The Supreme Court rulings declaring the IMDT act illegal have been ignored to protect illegal Bangladeshis (aka vote bank). The litany of congressi undermining and manipulation of judiciary is very very long.

hemant karkare and his deputies worked under brief of the great secularist congresis and sharad pawar aalthough they could not stick all the nonsense on Pandit but have done enough damage so if anythign Hemant Karkare deserves Bharat Ratna .. Please do understand opening piehole wiothou rhyme or reason for supposedly one fo the most intelligent police officer of Maharashtra is a routine foot-in-mouth job.. While real deshbhakts of India should hail Sadhvi who after all was allgedly blowing SIMI office ..There is no other way to remove these SIMI offices in safe havens of muslim locality like Malegaon where police can't enter.. Places like these exist more or less in every state

What are you trying to say? That's a bit inappropriate isn't it? Well, I do reading and keep an eye on things India and Pakistan.... Still think Gen Purohit had a role to play.
