graphic23
The stats don't show how valuable Flintoff has been to England. If they were competitive (at all) in the past year and a half or so (after he came back from injury), I'd attribute about 45% of that success to him. In a 11-man team, that's a huge chunk for just one bowler to hold. Link to comment

cowboysfan
flintoff has to drastically cut short his test career after the ashes if he wants some ipl moolah.he is already 32 and wont play for more than 3 or 4 years.i would suggest only odis and t20s for him. Link to comment
Don Sharma
The stats don't show how valuable Flintoff has been to England. x2. He may not have taken many 5 wicket hauls(I guess just 2 in his entire career) but some of spells have been breath taking especially coming after such a bad injury. His spells to Kallis, Yuvraj and Gayle stand out. flintoff has to drastically cut short his test career after the ashes if he wants some ipl moolah.he is already 32 and wont play for more than 3 or 4 years.i would suggest only odis and t20s for him. I heard yesterday that ECB has already showed concerns about him playing in this season especially with the Ashes around the corner. Link to comment
