Bhogle uses too much statistics talk. I hate that. Kills the joy of the game. Every second ball, he's rambling on some inane irrelevant statistics. "Gautam Gambhir is the only player who has scored 2 centuries back to back in test matches in a white shirt when playing between the tropic of Capricorn and the south pole." * Or such like. Maybe factually correct. But boring to the core. If I ever meet Mr. Bhogle, he'll have a piece of my mind. * I made that up.. but you know what I mean.

^but he's one of the few commentators around who actually is not so much biased towards his home country and usually talks sensible things about cricket rather than birds/animals (like Arun Uncle) and his knowledge of the game is probably second to none among all the current commentators.

What??? You mean to say that listening to people speak about averages, run rates, strike rates, pythagoras theorem and decimals is more fun than listening to people speak about the flora and fauna of a region??:yikes: 6:5 ( or is it 5:6 ) you are an engineer. :P
