h4te Posted March 9, 2009 Author Posted March 9, 2009 From what I believe' date=' your toe puts too much pressure on shoes which results in the injury and blood...u gotta work on your follow-through.... while bowling, after the jump, all the body weights comes on your feets so u have to make sure to keep the momentum going...dont just stop to still after you bowl..make sure to take 3-4 extra steps after u jump and release the ball ...it will also help you to increase ya pace...[/quote'] any advice for Shoaib? :giggle: cutting a toe is an ancient approach. i never had a problem this severe, but you might want to invest in a good nail clipper, soft cotton socks and some cotton wadding. lose some weight. i am not suggesting youre soft, its just that if you are a bit lightr, you carry lesser momentum. I keep my nails well clipped (no homo). I tried cotton wadding, but that thing works good for like one over before it goes out. I will try putting foam in my shoes or wear an extra pair of socks. I weigh 120 pounds...I don't think I can lose more weight :giggle:

King Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Try a foot specialist or something. I know a lot of growing kids struggle with splits in the heals or in the ball of the foot. Don't know where you live but you should be able to visit a foot specialist and take a foot test. The foot test suggests the pressure areas and most of the time you will be advised to use an inner sole that fits your foot well or a shoe that is a good fit. I'm guessing your feet width may be different from the ready shoes that area available in your size. It's possible the foot specialists should be able to prepare a shoe to fit the dimensions of your feet. Honestly I haven't heard of regular bleeding toes but I've had a few bloody toes because of uncut nails.
