@ Varun - in the T20 format, even the real team dont go with 4 bowlers. Its 2-3 specialist bowlers and rest are all rounders and part timers. So IMHO, the rule on min. no. of bowlers should be changed to 3 in SS. Even in IPL we had it as 3.
