It is only useful when the other plugin with which you can steal money is available.

Rajiv wont like to lose his money.. almost everyone on ICF has at least 5-10 millions .. it can be useful only if it can be turned into actual betting with paypal money .. but I think paypal has recently updated their terms and will not support betting anymore ... I am not sure but I thought paypal sent me a mail some days ago about it
