Well if you go to Chandni Chowk, there are lot of popular places which are being continued since generations who are selling kachaudis. Mujhe laga this is some adhar kachuadi you talking about

gaurav92 Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 The on;ly difference between Dilli ki kachaudi and Rajasthani kachaudi is that the stuffing is of Pyaaz, its Pyaaz Ki raj Kachaudi whereas in Dilli and Uttar Pradesh its basically Moong dal + Urad Daal. So there lies a difference in stuffing.
