Some of them, like Bilbo, prefers loftier lodgings like Rivendell. On a more serious note it's an interesting building. Love the coloured glass panels in the wall. If the rest of the bathroom follows that specific trend it will pretty much rock. And the breakfast nook is cute! Would I want to live there? First reaction was a big giant NO. On looking at the pictures more closely I discovered that it grew on me, so now its a definite maybe... ...if used as a holiday home. But the design of the bedroom will have to change. I don't like it.

Wouldn't be a happy place for kiddies either. As for the nerd part, only sometimes baby! Besides, I love The Lord of the Rings. My fave character is Legolas.

This certainly is FAKE.[/quote'] I saw this on Zee News and so I dont think it will be fake. It is the planned house and it is one the same 35 crore property that he purchased recently. He has got the old house demolished and is building the new house.
