Cricketics
Seriously its time to make or break. If gambhir is injured just send him back to India and bring a replacement n the form of Virat Kohli fast and make him open against Pakistan. We are still 5 days away from our game so this will give enough time. We can't just wait for last day on Gambhir's fitness. Link to comment
patriot
Sehwag has apparently declared that he is fit and raring to go.....CAN HE BE trusted on the injury issue ???????? Replacing Sehwag with GAuti would be good then. Link to comment
The Outsider
I can't understand this keeping decisions in limbo till the last moment. We carried Sehwag throughout the T20 WC under similar circumstances and he had to be out of cricket for months. I can understand a difference of 1-2 weeks between estimated and actual recovery but this is just unfathomable. Link to comment

WeStMiDz
The squad has already been decided. What's all this talk about Sehwag? Link to comment
The Outsider
The squad has already been decided. What's all this talk about Sehwag? Well, if Gambhir is ruled out and Sehwag has recovered completely for international cricket, then Gambhir can be replaced by Sehwag. But I feel that's too much of a risk, given Sehwag has not played any cricket for months. Better he eases back through Irani Trophy and Champions League. Link to comment

I am raring to go at the bowlers. Whenever given an opportunity, I don't miss the chance of playing," he said in Chandigarh on the sidelines of the ongoing J P Atray Memorial cricket tournament. Guest Hiten.
WTF is wrong with the Indian team ? Why can't they just declare their player(s) either fit or injured ? What's the point of bouncing to and fro on the same bloody issue ? IF GG is fit, good for us he will open for us but if he is not fit what is the bloody point of keeping him in the squad ? Just send him packing to India and get a replacement (Kohli preferably). For some reason, I don't think India is taking this competition very seriously and are out there because they have to be there. I don't remember any performance of ours to be called the best amongst the rest. Beating someone in bilateral series is a easier than stamping your authority in multi-team tournament to reach #1 spot in ODI rankings. I hope my fear is just wrong and we justify the tag of being one of the best. Link to comment
