You're right Kuro pwns all in blacks, but I think they've stopped making them now
Heard that, not that it would make a difference to me or most residing in this country, but yeah most of the Plasma enthusiasts are baffled by their decision. :dontknow:

Checked the new LED TV's, I wanted to see 3D LED but it wasn't there but the LED was so freaking sharp and the razor thin shape was too good Shane, nice setup but are u limited to enjoying movies in BR only? do they have 1080p TV programming in India yet

At CES 10, the LG Infinia's were at 9mm thickness. Yea, next stop would be 100% picture in picture, meaning no borders at all. :woot:

Right now 1280p BR's and online BR rips, Rajiv I am not too sure about the DTH programming in US/Canada being 1280p, I think its 720p. Yes, HD is here but way to expensive right now, more DTH players entering the HD market should drive the prices down, I hope this happens at the earliest.

I would wait for OLED before buying any new LED Sony's OLED is expected to have heavy impact. Though it's already out in the market, some of the new sets might be interesting. For Plasmas, Best = Panasonic. Samsung and Sony both suck at plasmas.

Shane, 1080p MPEG-4 , dont think they have 1280p broadcast BB, OLED - now how long for that The way I sit in my room, anything bigger than 32" is bad as the distance ruins the pic
