Thats the most recent of what i've heard from them, Man that song was awesome. Strings are very good, have done some good songs for Indian films too- Shooutout at Lokhandwala and Zinda, both have good Strings songs-esp Yeh meri Kahani from Zinda (John Abraham and Sunjay Dutt became good friends with Strings after that film and JA even appeared intheir last video) :eyedance: That is a great song; Strings are a great band. Anjaane is their best, awesome tune. Great to see a CALL fan here ... have you heard Pukar unplugged version ? Havent heard it unplugged, can imagine it being good though. Sab Bhula Ke is a good one, one more called Wujood on that same album which is ok. I like Pukaar the best though The band 'Jal' did a song for a Mahesh Bhatt film called Zeher few years ago which was ok.

What has this world come to ? :dontknow: When I was kid, my whole khandaan was addicted to punjabi comedy plays (e.g. bakra kishton pe and many more) on pirated Video cassettes. These days those plays are mostly crap from what I hear. Some Pak music is good but in b4 Ludhz and his dissertation on Pak music history/present/future.

There's a lot of musical talent in Pakistan ... but somehow they don't get the scope to show it to the world ... to name a few exceptionally great musicians i would mention Mekaal Hassan, Junaid Jamshed, Abbas Ali Khan, Noori(band), Ahmed Jahanzeb, Khawar Jawad I quite liked Shehzaad Roy's Saali(was fun), buri baat hai(fantastic shayari), yaad, jinna kar lo gay pyaar(with sukhbir), ek baar keh do, zindagi feat. abida parveen and na asi shehzaadey with Vital Signs my fav remains Aietbaar bhi aa bhi jayega but i also liked yehi zameen, woh kaun thee, and dil dil pakistan was good too Raeth was a hyped band but i never liked them Roxen's lams(must check), chalte rahein, jag chor diya and nevertheless the much controversial bujh hai gaya dil ka diya are good. MZ's khuda kay liye was good too. Omer Nadeem can be a hit only if he stays away from controversies ... really liked aye khuda, saagar, saza ki jaza and laut aana. EP's waqt and fawad afzal khan are my favorite Faakhir's MAHI vey was just superb With Inteha i only liked anjaana ... If i ever had to make a choice between Jal and atif or farhan and atif ...it would be JAL/Farhan anyday over atif ... I LOVE ALL TRACKS BY JAL in the end my fav Paki band remains CALL ... unmatched talent, excellent line up, fantastic tracks ... Entity Paradigm is a good call= they were discovered on one of those battle of the bands shows came 2nd to Aaroh (great band- posted vids above) EP have other good ones called Hamesha, and Kahan Hai tu. Khuda Kay Liye - title track, tilak kamod, humaray hain jahan mein hain jitne haseen, were sung by ahmed jahanzeb even i like hamesha by EP ... ep were actually two different bands : entity and paradigm which later clubbed together to form entity paradigm and did you check the unplugged tracks ? see you have to dl them coz' it was heck of a task for me to upload them now since i've taken all that pain to upload you have to download them and listen :--D
