Depends if these innocents have supported terrorism against India for example. Which most paks do. If they do then they have given moral supprt to jihadis which has shaped their countrys policy to support state sponsored jihads. Thus they are victims of the Frankenstein they created! In other words, who cares if they die, they are pakis, if you know one, you know them all. Some sympathy for the victims, a few kind words is not asking a lot is it ?
