BCCI announces monetary reward for players and support staff

News channels are flashing it right now. BCCI has announced 25 lakhs reward for every member of the test team and 10 lakhs for every member of the support staff and 10 lakhs for every member of the Indian selectors right now. Though it would not make much difference to the senior players but it would motivate the newer players like Ojha, Mishra and Vijay and is a good gesture. Hats off to BCCI, Lalit Modi and everybody else. :adore:

Good to see money in test cricket, that will maybe motivate a litle bit more to play test cricket... Because i am sure, that a lot youngsters (especially in the sub cntinent) will try to play twenty20 to at least make money... It will become the same as football in europe... You care about football only if you are extremely good otherwise you just play for money...
