WTF? How can they scrap the votes? So the webmasters were dumbos, but why are they making their visitors suffer for that? Or will they keep scrapping votes till the site of their choice gets to win? Crap. Quite it.

I was so upset after they scrapped the initial votes that I did not even bother to vote.
