The Outsider Posted February 18, 2010 Share Posted February 18, 2010 Let's be very clear here - Eden Gardens, it's curator, support staff, and associated babus did everything in their power to prevent India from winning here. That we did, is a symbol of the absolute strength of our side. The crowd support is amazing there, with the caveat that they don't start riots and burning up the stadium every time India loses, but that's about it. The only difference between Nagpur '04 and Calcutta '09 was the quality of the Indian team which battled the odds and won - both are equivalent traitors in my view. Link to comment
