Best all rounder at the moment

Kallis a half decent bowler? Do people believe that Watson would one day take more wickets than Kallis? About Vettori the point is that he is primarily a defensive bowler. Good for limited overs internationals but not of much use in Test matches. What does one do with bowlers who are not really wicket taking or aggressive? His batting has come on by leaps and bounds but I would not really call him an all rounder. His team needs him very badly though.

Best allrounder at the moment - Watson.. Best allrounder of this generation - kallis (but i hope kallis become Best allrounder in IPl :winky:)

Kallis is lightyears ahead of Watson. He's waaaaaay tooo classy, consistent and fit (:hehe:) than Tw@son. Naysayer can piss off :finger:

Bravo is only a world class fielder, his batting has much more potential than his bowling, he should average 40 in tests with the bat but he is a typical calypso cricketer.

Early 70's......in the late 70's and 80's Clive Lloyd would beat the **** out of anyone that plays like Bravo and gets out like he does. Bravo would probably have not even got in the Trinidad side back in the day.

Not matched by performance - typical lazy West Indian cricketer.

Afridi is the best alrounder ever to have played on a cricket ground :listen_dawg: For me Kallis defined the word cricket alrounder for so many years. At this point of time I think Watson is the only one who can come as close to as Kallis.

SAF : Kallis, Van Der Merwe Windie : Bravo, Pollard NZ : Vettori, Styris Eng : Wright,Collingwood Pak : All :fail: to qualify Bang : not bothered to includ any :D SL : Jayasuriya But if i have to pick some it ll be Kallis, Vettori, Watson, Bravo and Collingwood. Kallis is the perfect choice, Bravo, Watson and Vettori are very fine all rounders, pollard as a batting all rounder but not quite effective bowler, same goes with Paul collingwood.Still due to his strong batting Colly will bviously come ahead of Pollard. Yuvraj if he improves his bowling under non turning conditions will be a far better choice tha nBravo and Watson

I take the Spirit with which he plays the game into account as well while judging the quality of an allrounder, or in that case any player be it a batsman a bowler or an allrounder.
