Riley's Girl Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 You knew youself inside out. Understood the intricacies of your own mind & heart like nobody else ever could. Had a knowledge of self that allowed you the luxury of serenity amidst chaos. Now you've lost it. How do you go about finding that difinitive part of YOU that got lost somewhere along the way? How do you seek the answers that will help you understand yourself again, when the questions you need to ask are an unsolved mystery?

Lurker Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 How do you seek the answers that will help you understand yourself again' date= when the questions you need to ask are an unsolved mystery? You don't. You let life take its course. It was what had given you the answers and it shall give the answers again. Sometimes it is best to avoid overanalyzing and let life take you towards the destination.

How do you seek the answers that will help you understand yourself again, when the questions you need to ask are an unsolved mystery? You haven't lost anything. Only emotional noise has been added. The noise will clear if you observe it directly and without judging it. Maybe something happened, that caused your ego (I don't mean ego as an enemy, I mean it as that annoying git that we could let control us or that we could turn the tables on) to wail out on how it has been hurt and convince you that this is a direct attack on your identity. It is not. It is just a silly monkey doing parlor tricks. Just take deep breaths and observe the myriad reasons being put forth on how you (which is actually the ego) has been subjected to gross injustices. Observe calmly.Do not try to judge and try to "one-up" by confronting the ego and trying to demean it. That is a vicious circle. Accept it all. Live completely in this moment and let consciousness flow. If all this is still too difficult, just tap the blocked energy caused by these circumstances using EFT. p.s. My own ego is jumping around applauding me (itself) on how I have given you such a wise reply, when for all I know, this may be the stupidest thing you have read.
