I have never known much about Afghanistan or the people except the war on terror and other international news etc. But I for the first time went to an Afghan forum today and I am quite surprised in a good sense to see the Afghani forum members who love and support India like anything and hate Pakis like anything. I can understand love for India as we as a country has always helped them through all these years in rebuilding the nation and are the largest regional supporter. But I did not expect them to be so filled with hatred for Pakis. I went through a few threads and they refer to them as ********* than we do perhaps. I hardly heard anybody referring to Pakis as Pakistan but everybody there too seemed to be pissed off with Pakis. Really impressed with them after reading the forums. Never knew this before but only after visiting the Afghan forums. I hope that our govt. keeps on helping them in rebuilding as they can be a very good regional asset from cricket to political issues. :two_thumbs_up:

Lol taken from the Afghan Forum: "napakistan is indeed, the biggest blemish and reject this World has ever known. You just proved that once again with your open display of the infamous napaki inferiority complex." PWNED!

Like that matters .. Pakistan enjoys a solid reputation where it matters : Oil rich gulf nations, majorly Saudi Arabia. U know that magnificent Faisal mosque which is also regarded as the national mosque of Pakistan, it was sponsored by King Faisal of KSA and hence the name. The most developed Islamic country i.e. Turkey is a close friend of Pakistan. Despite being a breeding ground of terrorism, it manages to make deals with the US on F-16s, naval destroyers, bombs, power plants and lots of other goodies and hence manages to divert money towards anti-India activities. China meanwhile is one of its closest ally since ages, and that matters a lot these days. Afghanistan ? As if moral superiority ever made life better in this god forsaken subcontinent :hmmmm: A decade 4m now one might again see the Pakistan supported Taliban back to power in Afghanistan while we try to avoid another Kandahar or 26/11

With a few changes in names of country and aid package names, this is true even for North Korea. The only difference between the 2 is their operating premise. N.Korea MO is "Give us aid or we will blow up Seoul" while Pakistan goes with "Give us aid or we will blow up ourselves" Saudi Arabia funds the madrasahs that eventually make the terrorists that blow themselves in pakistan every week. USA gives out money to kill Paki citizens. I dont think any other country would be willing to trade their citizens lives for money.

That’s good bro, Personally I don’t feel anything whatever Afghans feel about Pakistanis or Indians and neither I have any -ve thoughts for any of Afghan group not too +ve, just neutral, in my city they are everywhere around us in thousands who are living here since... since I can remember anything, if I go outside in my nearest market, I will correspond to 10s of them, personally me I dont remember any bad experience with them so far in all past years rather I appreciate them and if I have to take any such service which our local n some afghan both providing, I prefer afghan because they are much sincere with work, rough n tough and hardworking... For you as you mentioned it’s their first real impression on you so you might take this image forever which is quite natural as well but I can comfortably warn you for an any time sudden reverse impression as well :) but right now the latest one is good for you, enjoy!. On a lighter note, say now Afghans are very happy with Indians n Indians are also comfortable with them because of this love n support etc, then what if tomorrow 3 million (or any number) Afghans enters ur country as Immigrants, refugees, for jobs etc or whatever such reason … Would you welcome them? as now India Afghan happy happy with each other.

you are a good man Asim ! talking to 5-10 or even 1000s of people doesnt mean that you know everybody's view. A lot of people who moved from Indian Kashmir to Pak kashmir say the same things about India but I have also met so many Pro India Kashmiris so what few think may or may not reflect the entire society. As for 1000s of people moving into another country, we do have millions of Bangladeshis but they live in India , work in India and vary rarely harassed. Most of these people are not even refugees. We also have a lot of Nepalese & Tibetian population working in India illegally.

Madarsah's existed prior 2611 and 911 ...Madarsas, the educational institutions of Muslims are often attacked as the breeding grounds of terrorism. This is a blatant falsity. I don’t deny that some stray elements do indulge in violence, but by and large I refuse to acknowledge that people send their children to these Madarsas for turning them into terrorists. Earlier no one used to target madarsa and suggested ever that they were breeding terrorist , this has happened only in these 10 yrs or so. You will never hear a molvi , Teacher blowing himself up. ISI and Co. have take a new turn If you analyise the facts .. people like Kasab are not from madarsa but they are recruited by these agents for the sake of money (to sustain there family) in the name of religion.

I would agree with mhr on this .. Madrassas are educational institutions and not breeding grounds for terrorism etc. as it is usually referred to .. you will find few hardliners emerging from any religious educational system and that case applies to all religions .. some people are also brainwashed in religious institutions and it is the same with nearly all religious institutions .. you will find some Maulvis brainwashing people in name of religious education, you will find some babas or sadhus also do the same, some Christian priests also do the same as do Jewish priests .. but that does not mean that all religious institutions are bad .. there are good and bad everywhere .. Paki madrassahs etc. are a lot different from normal madrassas around the world .. Pakis had sowed the hatred and hardline education through madrassas and religious institutions during the cold war in collaboration with the US to create the so called Mujahedeens/terrorists .. so it is but obvious that the hatred they had sown into madrassas would not again turn into love so soon .. Pakis are a different ball game altogether and comparing a Paki madrassa etc. and considering it as the reflection of the same all over the world would not be right .. even in India there is a very good madrassa system running all through all these decades and there are millions learning through them .. it is working quite fine in India and it is also working fine in most other countries of the world .. so calling madrassas all over the world as breeding grounds for terrorists is wrong statement .. some are but not most for sure .. many of the Paki madrassas might be but not the rest of the world Personally speaking I feel that modern education is the best form of education ... it is not because of religion etc. but because of the fact that the people who come out of religious educational institutions find it hard to compete with people with modern higher education .. it is a real world and in this modern education always gets the top priority in anything from jobs or business .. and when they dont get employment and jobs etc. they again become frustated and take the shelter of religion for their wrong deeds... so I personally would have promoted reducing religious education of people and instead concentrating on modern scientific education as that would make them compete in this world in a better manner

I don't deny it ... that's why i mentioned earlier that its the people who are to blamed not the system. Well u can't blame the school or system from where Hitler evolved , it normally boils down to individuals who are ready to get brain washed and TBH blind following is not allowed in Islam , u have to see the implications of the work your doing. And certainly whatever these phacckers are doing in the name of religion is not making things better for muslims ... its making things worser to everyone. Hardliners are evolved from many other institutes... not only madarsa.

Yah these idiots are of different breed... poyzzz are certainly doing well to brain wash the young ones.

Well sorry mhr, you say 9/11 was not done by muslims and now you say madrassas are great educational institutuions who have no role in creating jihadis. You are becoming a classic head in the sand ostrich!

I agree. Some of the madrassas may have been guilty brainwashing the students, but that does not make all madrassas the same.
