swami1984 Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Just curious as to what your thoughts are :--D I know last year DD was #1 seed similarly, but got mauled by mana Gilly So to the Mumbaikars out there - who would you prefer Mumbai faces in 1st semi to advance to finals?
Guest Hiten. Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 It seriously does not matter because something off a league structure shouldn't have semis/finals to decide the winner because all the doing in round robin is undone (14 games) if you fail to show up in semis (1match). I thought DD were unlucky last year to miss out on winning the trophy. Just to play devils advocate and not sound as if I'm laying out excuses I guess the teams who have done well enough to get in to top 4 should step up on the gas when they're most required to do it. MI shouldn't and don't mind facing anyone because you have to beat the best to be the best.
yoda Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 :mi: will win no matter who they play against. c'mon they are destroying the opposition one by one when the next bunch are fighting at 6-6.
Ultimate_Game Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 The top 3 teams are Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. So any of these 3 teams would prefer to face the 4th team - Chennai or Deccan in the semis.
jusarrived Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Mumbai will not prefer BRC for sure. RCB would love to face MI , though ..not that the win is guaranteed , but CSK or DC or DD are much more unpredictable than MI .

True, but if u were good enough throughout the tourney then you should be good enough to win the title Also, beats he VOW and sudden collapse factor. its like a Stage show:band:

Jersey #10 Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Hopefully not RCB! Their bowling line up is really good
Zelig Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Mumbai will not prefer BRC for sure. ++ But it looks like they'll be facing DC/DD.
Ranjha Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Mumbai wil lose to 4th place tram in semis which kindaa sucks.l
