Dark Warrior Posted December 21, 2010 Posted December 21, 2010 There's one spanish movie called 'REC'. Same stuff with shaky camera and all. But It's interesting unlike BWP.
Zelig Posted December 21, 2010 Posted December 21, 2010 Natural Born Killers - 3.5/5 Cast: Oliver Stone + Tarantino + Woody Harrelson + Juliette Lewis. That explains. Marley and Me - 4/5 Best Owen Wilson film till date. Exam - 3.5/5 As obscure as it can get. It drags a bit in the middle but at the end of it all, it's a movie worth wasting your time watching. If you liked this then go ahead and watch El método Love Actually - 4/5. Some shite this. Unstoppable - 4/5 127 Hours - 4/5 Social Network - 4/5 Pi - 4/5. Mind blowing. Darren Aronofsky is the man :icflove: I'll be watching Black Swan tonite :yay:. Mila Kunis + Natalie - here I cum :woot: Here is a sneek peek to The Tree of Life - http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi612735001/. Emmanuel Lubezki
Nova Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Unstoppable. meh! Predictable and cheesy. Well it's based on a true story. :P
Zap_Brannigan Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Harry Potter - Boring Plus harry potter has the worst crowd for a movie. Children banging your seat to toddlers crying. A horrible experience on the whole. Atleast part 2 will have some action. The invention of lying - In a world where there is no lies/fiction or imagination, 1 person finds out he can lie. Pretty good and funny at the start though the last 30 minutes is more like a typical Romcom. I liked this movie inspite of ricky gervais.
flamy Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Los cronocrÃmenes [Timecrimes] - 9/10 Juicy! Must watch sci-fi.
Sachinism Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Il P been busy Wanna watch that 127 hours. Zap - I watched that film because of Gervais, didn't like it at all, great concept, but just didn't work IMO Watched Amores Perros last night - excellent movie
Zelig Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Los cronocrÃmenes [Timecrimes] - 9/10 Juicy! Must watch sci-fi. Glad there is someone who likes this movie as much as me. Bárbara Goenaga has a fine pair of pears :woot:
Zelig Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Black Swan - 4.2/5 Brilliant! USP 1. Mila and Nat doing things to each other :woot: 2. Nat jerking off :woot::woot: 3. Vinnie Cassel is one hella kisser. All those hrs with Monica Bella has helped him perfect the art of kissin :hatsoff: 4. Mila's eyes..:icflove: But seriously... Mansell's background score Whoever the camerman is...take a bow! Nat's acting is just PERFECTION. Oscar done! Excellent screenplay and direction. All these elements make the film a worth while experience. Just go watch it!
Sachinism Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Il P hows the rip, I saw a lot of interlacing on the previews, thought I'd be better off waiting
Zelig Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Il P hows the rip' date=' I saw a lot of interlacing on the previews, thought I'd be better off waiting[/quote'] I watched it at the theatres. The film is better to be watched on the big screen among the audience to catch the essence of it. Darren won't disappoint you. That particular scene will be talked on for ages to cum
Nova Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Touching the Void Must watch docu drama if you are interested in mountaineering. The true story of two climbers and their perilous journey up the west face of Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes in 1985.
flamy Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 Glad there is someone who likes this movie as much as me. Bárbara Goenaga has a fine pair of pears :woot: ya, she could be done.
flamy Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 Im Juli. [in July] - 9/10 Man, it is a simple enough movie, but the soundtrack earns it two extra points. Mmmm!
littlemaster1982 Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 Touching the Void Must watch docu drama if you are interested in mountaineering. The true story of two climbers and their perilous journey up the west face of Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes in 1985. Try to get your hands on the book if possible. It's much more interesting.
Nova Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 ^ Yeah.. reading the book will give more insight no doubt. Having watched the cinematography in the movie, one does appreciate the vast terrain and perspective. You need the visuals for sure to fully understand the ordeal.
Zap_Brannigan Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 Nick and Norah's infinite playlist - Another good "indie" comedy. Zap - I watched that film because of Gervais, didn't like it at all, great concept, but just didn't work IMO I think i liked the concept more that the characters or dialogues. In a world without lies, ofcourse we can just walk into a bank and say that we have 1 million in our account. In a world without fiction, Movies are basically readings of historical events. Things like that. It was a short film. Any longer it would have been boring.
Nova Posted December 23, 2010 Posted December 23, 2010 ^ I didn't like that movie bro. Mediocre at best and the ending was terrible. :( You seem to give some movies quite a high rating like 10/10. I rarely do that.
