flamy Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 ^ The music is awesome. Just watched Grace is Gone. Very beautiful movie abt the most common subject. Never watched it given this treatment and it was beautifully done.
suraj Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 Watched "Black Friday" yesterday- don't know how such a good movie went unnoticed by me for such a long time. Its a masterclass, not only in Hindi Cinema but all over the world- brilliant filmmaking and very thought provoking.
THX_1138 Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 I love Jim Carrey in The Mask :haha: that was the very first movie i ever saw alone with my younger brother... i remember i was 10 years old or something and me and my brother (who was 6 then) took a taxi from our home to a place called "priya cinema" where we stood in a que to buy our tickets (infact when we reached the counter, i lifted my brother so that he could reach the counter and we were carrying exact change plus some for popcorn). and when we were done watching, we called our mum who came to pick us up...

Willow_on_fire Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 ...some of u are biggin it up coz ur SINGHS urself, this is not a religious race..if u guys liked this movie, I am amazed at your taste in films It was funny, another punjabi speaking phoreigner in englistan with stupid scenes at the airport and meeting a flower selling lady who has a crying history with aussie cops allowing things to happen in their country BULLSHIT: Definitely Fooled the Public: Definitely Sikhs: Balle Balle Well Rajeev...we Singhs are proud of Rajiv hari om bhatia aka AKSHAY KUMAR who is the present King of Bollywood. I know the film is very ordinary...but still funny...if you question the 'taste' of ppl who liked the film...you should also realize that AKSHAY KUMAR has produced this film alongside Vipul Shah. So...the fact is...Rajiv Bhatia made the film...it is a super-hit...Indian crowds loved it...same overseas..packed houses at cineplex. what's with this Sikhs:Balle Balle and our taste is....we respect a Hindu AKSHAY KUMAR acting as a Sikh in a Bollywood flic.
