EnterTheVoid Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 My Bloody Valentine Absolute gutter of a movie. They charge you 20 dollars - $13 movie ticket +$ 7 dollars for 3 d glasses. Once the novelty of watching the movie in 3d - which gives you the impression that the movie is coming out of the screen - is over, the hacking scenes get tedious and cumbersome. Not only do you have to contend with shoddy acting and suspense that draws upon all the old cliches of creaking noises, creepy sounds, screaming etc, you also have to deal with shrieks of "oooooooh", "aaaaaah" from the audience members at every hacking scene. For all your troubles, the 3d glasses are you'rs to keep, which are twenty cent "URKEL" glasses that have a 3d reel. I was so disappointed at being convinced to watch this nonsense by a friend of mine, I threw mine away in disgust on my way out What a shameless way of making money. Its almost as bad as being conned. If you go in with ultra low expectations, you might be pleasantly surprised. If you read some of the reviews, which I did, in the future, you feel like downloading the movie just to check if its worth watching before watching it on the big screen My bloody valentine: - / 10; are negative marks possible? In short, save yourself some money and don't watch this gutter
