Roshanrocks Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 do u remember MI supporters outburts after they lost the finals? :hmmm: we fans are fickle minded...sachin knows it, he is not going to fall for our hanky panky
King Tendulkar Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 If anything Dhoni and selectors should be blamed. Dhoni should have got on his hands and knees begged god to play in world cup. But it seems Dhoni wanted players like Jadeja and Pathan more! Dhoni should have sent out an SOS for the master ages ago!
The Outsider Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 If Tendulkar was playing international T20 and not the IPL, these very same posters would be after his case for blocking the progress of youngsters after orgasming to cowlashes from Vijay, Pandey, and Pathan in the IPL.

The Outsider Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Also, I just came to know from rkt.india that Tendulkar cannot play the short ball, so he would have been useless here as well.
Roshanrocks Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Also' date=' I just came to know from rkt.india that Tendulkar cannot play the short ball, so he would have been useless here as well.[/quote'] who is rkt.india :dontknow: does he know how to play short ball? If so, can he coach our team?
DomainK Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Also' date=' I just came to know from rkt.india that Tendulkar cannot play the short ball, so he would have been useless here as well.[/quote'] That is a shocking revelation indeed.
The Outsider Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 :--D Boss, you are needed in the other thread on express bowlers where the latest theory being floated around is that Tendulkar is not good against the short ball, Gavaskar, Amarnath, and Kapil faced slower bowlers than the current lot, and would not have been able to hook or pull Tait and Nannes in a T20.:winky:

ludhianvi Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 But you can understand why he may be upset' date=' the venom directed against Tendulkar however he performs is just sickening.[/quote'] What venom are you talking about? Look at my post and point it out. I've simply outlined the sequence of events that took place without even offering any opinion on it. I've mentioned that only Sachin knows what the truth is there which happened in point #3. All of you are just putting words in my mouth and jumping the gun without any reason.....well maybe a reason, just to have a go at me without even reading the post. The only venom I see is coming at me from the usual suspect here.

"I think that is the way forward for Indian cricket," said Dravid, currently involved in the Indians' tour match against Sussex. "We thought it is better if the younger guys played that tournament. Twenty20 is a game for youngsters. I think it was a proper decision and the way forward for Indian cricket." http://www.cricinfo.com/twenty20wc/content/story/301181.html

Lord Posted May 11, 2010 Posted May 11, 2010 i think tendulkar lovers cant take the fact tht someone is questioning him.. they get their panties in twist and get all defensive.... I am glad he isnt playing T20.. but how anyone can justify the fact tht him playing IPL is ok... but not T20WC.. wat a hypocrisy..... theres no hypocrisy.Sachin, like RD n Kumble r forced to play in IPL by BCCI.they've entered into contract with franchisees n now the franchisees want to milk it. its his decision whether to make him available or not.he feels T20 is a youngster's game n doesnt wanna down India's chance knowing hes 37.as long as he is playing tests,i'm fine with it.he shouldnt miss tests n play IPL,that would be hypocrisy
