Let's face it - bowlers win matches...

and we don't have any :(( Best we can come up is Harbhajan who is more of a container than a wicket taker. Nehra at best is a 2nd or 3rd change bowler and less said about Zaheer, better it is. Zaheer loves to shoot his mouth off and glare at the batsmen but I seldom see him walking the talk. WC 2003 is still fresh in my mind. Rest of the bowlers can't even be termed as "bowlers". No wonder teams keep on piling up big scores against us on supposedly bowler friendly wickets - at least they seem bowling friendly when we bat. All our opponents need to do is see off Harbhajan and plunder runs at more than 9 an over rest of the way.

Dhoni robbed them off a chance to bowl second on that wicket where we have seen teams winning only 4 games out of 20 chasing and that too against minnows and rain shortened games

its been discussed on this board forever and we had a consensus that you are right.
sorry missed those threads. It's just that i'm so p***ed off right now. I see our guys struggling to get the ball off square against the likes of Johnosn, Tait, Nannes who are clocking 90 mph+ and when we bowl we have likes of Nehra, Zaheer, Pathan, Jadeja serving up pies. It almost seems unfair :((

which chance are you talking about, indian tean knows even if we score 200 there are chances we may loose bcoz of our bowling, thats why we are chasing and our batsmen are letting us down

Bowlers also lose matches. Jadeja' date=' Vander merwe are some fine examples.[/quote'] I have no idea why they picked vander instead of morne morkel and jadeja doesn't deserve to have a thread :cantstop:
