Mamu Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 I cannot even recall last time that happened -- anyone? As far as I recall all games that India won were drubbings and most games that Pak won were close. When I say close -- I mean 2 wickets or in the last 2 overs
Manny_Pacquiao Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 India won at Karachi in 97 with a six from Rajesh Chauhan when 3 were needed off 4 India won at Dhaka in 98 with a four from Kanitkar when 3 were needed from 2

Mamu Posted June 19, 2010 Author Posted June 19, 2010 Yeah that was it -- Reason I was trying to bring this up is because as far as I recall in the recent past -- when Indian wins -- they usually have been with huge margins -- but whenever they have lost they have all been close encounters.
Sid Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 dont forget that six by rajesh chauhan in darkness in karachi against saqlain when he was in prime
THX_1138 Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 ^ Lol at Malik batting at 8 in that game that was easily the strongest pakistani team we have played since the age of imran khan. in fact, they had the strongest middle order in the world at that time. had they had a decent opener or two (butt was made into a total irfan bunny on that trip), they could have been a force to reckon with. of course, we had yuvraj.
