h4te Posted June 28, 2010 Author Posted June 28, 2010 tdigi would be the first to admit that he didn't play his best today. he has played much much better against me in the past. the last game was the best endgame i have played. i blundered and let my queen hanging, but fought through somehow. loved the fork, white escaped the first one but couldn't get out of the second one. apparently i was down on time as well, glad I didn't look at the time :D Thanks to roshan for excellent commentary, it pretty much captures whatever i was going through during the game.

TDG used similar openings in all the games....:hmmm: but still all the games were brilliant.... :clap: because if TDG had made mistakes then owlie wud have beat him inside 25 moves...like he did me... i think h4te had just a better plan than TDG...i dont think TDG made any mistake in moves...
h4te Posted June 28, 2010 Author Posted June 28, 2010 tdigi played the two knight opening that he always plays with white. salil and i played the hell out of that opening, which worked in my favor. then the french with 2. ... Ng6 was not a good opening at all in the 3rd game. like i said, tdigi plays much much better than this.
