Indeed, well said. When will people realise that the game is bigger than any individual cricketer? I wonder whether the powers-that-be (the ICC and individual Boards) realise how serious the issues is and how low the credibility of the game is at the moment. Yet again they are taking the fans of the game for granted. Whatever happens, there will always be cricket-crazy fans. They will pout for a while but eventually it will all blow over and the fans will be back. Has happened in the past and will happen again. If they are really serious about getting rid of this scourge, they need to take the strictest possible measures against the perpetrators. The players for sure. But also the ICC needs to take strict action against the Board which allowed such goings-on to happen. When the Qayyum report "recommended" that certain players not be allowed to have positions in the game of cricket, how dare the PCB flaunt this? What is the use of this "recommendation"? And Justice Qayyum himself admitted that he had gone soft on some players because they were legends. That was another moment when the game of cricket was grievously stabbed. When he himself, in a position when he is supposed to be objective and neutral, could not prevent being biased, what is HIS credibility? Now Ejaz Butt talks about "zero tolerance". Why should anybody take him seriously? It is clear that PCB's standards of integrity in the game are very different from the international community's standards. And the ICC is not doing anything about it. What does that say about the ICC? All in all, quite a frustrating administrative set-up. No wonder the crooks are able to operate like this. Of course the players are to blame for agreeing to be part of all this but the administration is as much responsible to allowing such an environment to not just exist but also flourish. And the less said about the ACSU, the better.

Though I am not a supporter of Pakistanis,Ian proved that he is a racist.He have different yard sticks for Mark waugh and Shane warnie,Supported the synthetic bat of Ponting during his golden run ,who is not capable of playing with the wooden bat.He has asked Sachin to stop playing cricket after seeing him self in a mirror but Ian should ask him self whether he is having enough courage to look himself in the mirror rather than looking after himself by writing about others.

There was no actual fixing took place in Warne and Waugh's case. They didn't under perform or perform specifically to alter the result where as Aamer did that. Comprende?

there are other suspects likes Akmal, Riaz, etc. He can testify against them. He can inform when it started, which previous matches were fixed, whether any unknown player was involved
