I would have expected Yuvi to cross 2 million too but he only gets 1.8 million. Pathan household are richer by 4 million every year. YP was predicted to get over 2 million but a bit surprising has been IP with 1.9 million. But it might be a handy purchase as he told in Times Now interview yesterday that he is almost completely fit now and has worked hard on both his fitness as well as his bowling. He said that he is attending NCA everyday and working hard with the help of BCCI which is giving him all facilities. He even said he would make a comeback in the Indian team and is sure of that as his fitness and bowling has improved a lot. If that is true then he would be a handy player for that money. Uthappa is a fair buy too for 2.1 million but Rohit is a bit surprising at 2 million. Indian players getting the highest bids as expected. Bowlers not getting as high as batsmen as expected. Zak and Sree are the highest at 900K. ABDV, Jayawardena, Cameron White and Ross Taylor are good buys for 1 million. The most surprising was no bidding for Gayle while Botha being bought for 900K. But then Botha is SA T20 captain and that might have been a factor. RCB making the most calculative bidding till now it seems. KKR also looking good after checking the later part of the auction. Sahara making mixed bidding but is also quite good. MI not very intelligent especially as they have nearly emptied their purse. CSK making intelligent bidding too and they will get quality players later at cheap prices.
