Desi Cartman Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 i know but what about others nahi aisha nahi hai,i am with you all dilliwallas:--D you mean dilliWALIS ?
vaibhav_delhi Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 :woot: Is your real name @am!t$ ? Delhi got all bases covered Pick morkel finch deMerwe mcdonald as overseas, send sehwag, ojha to open and never pick sir aggy And you've got a potential ipl winner. Am I still amits?
Ramzz Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Delhi should have retained GG. Otherwise, they seem to be short only in the spin bowling department. Really surprised when they picked Agarkar.
girishk14 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I have nothing against delhi, but this team looks miserable, looks like a mouse in front of the amount of power mumbai and even kochi seem to have
vaibhav_delhi Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 I have nothing against delhi' date=' but this team looks miserable, looks like a mouse in front of the amount of power mumbai and even kochi seem to have[/quote'] Lol.. trollish post. Delhi team has a lot of spark. Winner material if they get their combinations right. kkr, mi have looked stronger on paper in previous ipls, but havent exactly set the tourny on fire, have they? The nature of T20 is its unpredictablity.
vaibhav_delhi Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 je baaaat vaibhuu ! :five: :five: we have lady lucky also, going for the daredevils here on icf. We will do well :two_thumbs_up:
Cricketics Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Okay i just sw this thread. What you guys smoking. They have some nice players, they played smart. In the first additon IPL also we played smart and got some goo dplayers, same thing we have done again.. The only thing i hate though which i have to agree is that Gambhir was put on auction and not retained. Thats somethign i hate and i can't imagine seeing Sehwag and Gambhir on toss against each other.. THAT WILL BE bad sight
Shane Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 If you know Tics from the previous versions of the IPL and have learnt about his passion and enthusiasm towards Delhi, you will agree with me that from the above post he seems terribly terribly terribly disappointed. Couldnt even squeeze out a Jai Delhi from him. :( Sad! :D
yoda Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 ^ :hysterical: Ticz, it's ok. We do need a new KKR. But wait, RR may have taken that spot. :hehe:
Cricketics Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 If you will agree with me that from the above post he seems terribly terribly terribly disappointed. I won't disagree with you too much. I am really disappointed how dd group didnj't retain Gambhir and then eventully he was picked by KKR.. other than that I am happy with the team.

Aussie Coaches conspiracy..There are 4 Aussie coaches in various team apart from Warne's RR..Aussies are ruling the roost. They've completely manipulated this years bidding..I've seen the bidding on SETMAX..The Aussie coaches was in the thick of giving signals to bid..In normal circumstances, it's okay as coaches were primarily included to help in bidding process. But these Aussie coaches have completely manipulated the bidding process..
Aaku Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Exactly tics ! We have a decent team.. now we just have to wait and see how they perform as a unit :woot: Go dilliiiiiiiiiiiiiiii :dd: :yay:
ludhianvi Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Atleast Delhi still has a local icon player unlike some other teams :((
gaurav92 Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Dilli has a fairly decent side.Although they are dependent on some heavyweights and slam bang T20 specialists, the strength of this side is the Domestic players. They have good 4 T20 players, and most of them are all rounders. So it helps in the balance of the side.On the other hand, their bowling looks really weak, and they will need a good partnership at the Top from Veeru and Warner to chase down the totals that their bowlers will concede, or to build on a total that their bowlers can manage to defend. All in all, a good batting unit, an average bowling unit.

vaibhav_delhi Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 :giggle: and guess what... she messed up RCB too & Mallya had to pay 200k extra for Saurabh Tiwary :hysterical: ( ST was sold to RCB for 1.4mil ) Seeing what some of the other indians have gone for, tiwari wud still be called a bargain...
