yoda Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 I can't believe that he is so bad that he can't even buy a spot in the WC probables.
Guest Hiten. Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Crapthan is average. His 75mph lollipos should not be any were near indian team How old are you again ? You take immense displeasure when people let it out against bhajji by calling him names. Can you, on your part, not start the name calling of our own players ? Not liking one's ability is one thing, but these childish monikers are really annoying.
Aaku Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 I shared this thread on fb.. and the thumbnail was :punter: :idunno:
King Tendulkar Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Bloody hell loads of love for Irfan. :(( Such a poor peformer yet people think he is some kind of saviour! Bizzare!
vaibhav_delhi Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 ^his test record is still decent. He just fell apart after a good start.
someone Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 ^his test record is still decent. He just fell apart after a good start. That's the problem. If you consider him, then there are tons of better players in a similar position( That also includes Jadeja)
vvvslaxman Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 That's the problem. If you consider him, then there are tons of better players in a similar position( That also includes Jadeja) Jadeja's achievement is not even remotely close to Pathan's achievement. If i remember right Irfan was world no.2 in ICC rankings for ODI bowling. He opened in Tests, came at one drop. He was more useful to India than Jadeja can ever be.

If IP cannot do that same path, maybe all of you supporters should shut up as there is no shortcut
The Rock Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 That's the problem. If you consider him, then there are tons of better players in a similar position( That also includes Jadeja) Oh really? Jadeja's record isn't even half-decent for an all-rounder. Sehwag has better bowling stats than him ffs. Heck, even Yuvraj Singh's bowling is better :hysterical:
yoda Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Now this has to be lower than not being included in the WC 30 probables, being deemed lower than our beloved Jadeja. :hysterical:

Like it or not, Jadeja DESERVES to be in top 30 and regarding the final squad, it will be touch and go. He is a good player who has been treated as scapegoat by some brainless supporters like you. And this topic is about Irfan Pathan, he deserves to be no where near the team and that what he is getting. If you want to argue, please do logically.
King Tendulkar Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Jadeja is better then Pathan. Just shows how awful Pathan is
Sachin=GOD Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Jadeja is better then Pathan. Just shows how awful Pathan is are you really serious????
someone Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 are you really serious???? Are you still dreaming or way back in past, maybe time to get into today's reality, Jadeja is better
King Tendulkar Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 are you really serious???? Jadeja is definitley more reliable bowler. As a batsman he is better as well. Pathan never has done much with bat, more hype/promise then delivery. They are both pants with Jadeja being marginally less pants. As a bowler I feel Jadeja has more pace. Although Irfan probably turns it more!

Although Irfan probably turns it more! Pathan has a 31 average in tests with the bat and was instrumental in helping us win JLD 04 test series. I doubt we will ever see those from Jadeja in his lifetime. Ofc Pathan is crap now, but the difference is Jadeja has been nothing but crap.
vvvslaxman Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Are you still dreaming or way back in past' date=' maybe time to get into today's reality, Jadeja is better[/quote'] Jadeja is better :giggle: You forgot how Warner and Watson laid into him.

His batting averasge in odis is also better then Crapthans. They are both rubbish though with Jadeja being less rubbish by small margin
King Tendulkar Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 Jadeja is better :giggle: You forgot how Warner and Watson laid into him. They are both rubbish. Crapthan has been pummelled zillions of times as well. He was like a buffet at some points i.e help yourself
