Else, if ICC suspends/bans them, the criminal case falls flat as the verdict would have been compromised which would have been now done in prejudice. Dude do you know what the P in that stands for ? Do you expect anything better from that country. Don't forget whatever little they have done so far in this whole affair is because they were shown a gun to their head, which ICC was literally forced to -- to make them even act and open up. I dont get it? Did they prove them guilty and waiting to be charged? or Did they find dodgy dealings and evidence to suggest a conspiracy and will be charged on those factors?

It means that the CPS believe that they have enough material to prove these guys guilty in a court of law and hence they have now decide to charge them. Charging them is a long way off from actually proving them guilty. More importantly the 3 players have to return to England to be tried in a court of law and if they dont return, Britain will have to apply for their extradition from Pakistan. Given that there is no extradition treaty between England & Pakistan..it is anybodys guess what will happen next..
