I would BCCI should actively push our top seamers - Munaf, RP, Ishant, Praveen, Pankaj, Chahar, Umesh Yadav, Unadkat etc. to spend time in county cricket. At least we will get some 2-3 skillfull bowlers out of these.

Any other great performances from Indian bowlers in county cricket. sreesanth played ahandful of games due to lack of availability and took a fiver in one of them, just recently donald was talking about him as one of the best he had seen during his coaching stint there , zaheer khan took 100+ wickets and got worscestershire promoted any other garbage statements i can address?

Sir_Afridi Posted January 15, 2011 Posted January 15, 2011 County cricket is so overrated. I cant think of any one overseas bowler who became world class after playing in UK. Average bowlers will remain mediocre no matter where they play.
