ganeshran Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 Maybe he is undergoing Chemotherapy. The patients always look frail and weak when in radiation. If the cancer is cured and chemo stopped, they can return to normal fairly quickly

Texy Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 Neuroendocrine islet cell tumor was removed from Steve Jobs' pancreas 6 yrs ago....he went through liver transplant in an effort to stop the rare form of cancer from spreading. This type of tumor causes growth in abnormal levels of hormones. Usually islet cell tumors grow in pancreas in a cluster and can be removed through surgery.
